• Each project will include a set number of concepts and revisions as agreed upon in the project scope. Additional revisions or requests outside of the original scope may inquire about extra charges.
  • Clients agree to provide all necessary information, feedback, and materials in a timely manner. Delays in client response may impact project timelines.
  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered. All invoices are payable within a 14 day period unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of $25.
  • Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved design. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Estimated turnaround times are provided at the start of each project. These are approximate and may vary depending on the complexity of the work and client responsiveness.
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims resulting from the use of our designs once they are approved and delivered. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all work before publishing or printing.
  • If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable. In addition, a $45 cancellation fee will apply to cover time and resources allocated to the project. If significant work has already been completed, the client may also be billed for the portion of the project completed beyond the deposit amount. If we cancel the project for any reason (other than breach of terms by the client), a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
